Chicken |

Sweet corn |

Chicken stock |

11/2 tsp |
Corn flour |

11/2 tsp |
Egg white |

Salt |

1/4 tsp |
Pepper powder |

1/8 tsp |
Soya sauce and chilly sauce |

Method: |
- Boil and shred the chicken.
- Bring the stock to boil, add sweet corn and half of the shredded chicken to it and bring to a boil again.
- Make paste of corn flour in 1 t water and add to boiling soup with constant stirring. Add seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes or till it thickens.
- Add spoonfuls of beaten egg white to simmering soup.
- Pour hot soup in a soup bowl and garnish with remaining chicken pieces. Serve along with soya sauce and chilly sauce.
