Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Tomatoes   250g
Tulsi leaves   10
Honey-   1 tsp
Palm sugar   2 tsp
Salt   2tsp
Kala namak   2 pinches
White pepper powder   2 pinches
Dry ginger powder   a pinch


  • Select firm, ripe, sweetish, large tomatoes.
  • Wash, remove green portions if any and cut into big pieces.
  • Put it in a blender along with tulsi leaves.
  • Run the mixie at low speed. Strain the juice through large eyed mesh strainer.
  • Mix all the other mentioned ingredients.
  • If tomatoes are too sweet, few drops of lemon juice can be added.
  • Serve with chopped tulsi leaves and crushed ice on top.
