Method: |
- Select firm, ripe, sweetish, large tomatoes.
- Wash, remove green portions if any and cut into big pieces.
- Put it in a blender along with tulsi leaves.
- Run the mixie at low speed. Strain the juice through large eyed mesh strainer.
- Mix all the other mentioned ingredients.
- If tomatoes are too sweet, few drops of lemon juice can be added.
- Serve with chopped tulsi leaves and crushed ice on top.
