Coriander leaves |
Vegetable stock |

Skimmed milk |

150 ml |
Salt & pepper to taste |

Method: |
- Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and mix with peas. Add stock and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- Strain out 1 cup of cooked vegetables and blend in a mixer. Return it to the soup in the pressure cooker.
- Add milk, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
