Ingredients: |
| Rajma soaked, cooked and drained |
|
1/2 cup |
| Chopped amaranth leaves |
|
3 cups |
| Jeera seeds |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Green chillies, chopped |
|
2-3 |
| Chopped ginger |
|
1 tsp |
| Chopped garlic |
|
1 tsp |
| Chopped onions |

1/2 cup |
| Turmeric powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Milk |
|
1/4 cup |
| Cornflour |
|
2 tsp |
| Oil |

1/2 tsp |
| Salt |

Method: |
- Heat the oil in a pan and add jeera seeds. When they crackle, add the green chillies, ginger, garlic and onions and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the amaranth leaves, rajma, turmeric powder and salt and bring to a boil.
- Mix the milk and cornflour together.
- Add the cornflour-milk mixture and simmer for another 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
