Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Chopped figs (stems removed)   1 cup
Banana slices (1 inch)   1 cup
Plain low fat yoghurt   1 cup
Crushed ice   3 cups
Honey   1 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnish.    


  • Place all ingredients except garnish in a blender and blend until smooth - approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain liquid and pour into tall, chilled glasses. Add garnish. Serve immediately.
