Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Buttermilk   1 litre
Grated paneer   50g
Black pepper powder   1/2 tsp
Black salt   1/2 tsp
Jeera powder   1/2 tsp
Green chillies   2
Ginger   half an inch piece
Coriander leaves   1/4 cup


  • Chop the green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves and grind together.
  • Add buttermilk, salt, black salt and black pepper powder and whip together.
  • Pour into a glass and add grated paneer. Mix with a stirrer.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
