I have been researching different options of weight loss centers(Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all quite expensive. Weight Watchers being the least. Does anyone know of any that do not cost too much money but are still effective and provide support?

Answer: Low calorie diets are a great way to create a slow metabolism. If your ultimate goal is to create a slow metabolism than a low calorie diet is the way to go.....................I seriously doubt you are looking for a slow metabolism ;). I found a great video on youtube that explains what happens to your body on a low calorie diet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyatBHhRcLA I hope this discourages you from cutting your calories way back to lose weight!!

I have lost weight through a weight loss center but it gets so expensive. I have struggled doing it on my own. I feel powerless either way and still struggle with it. I need to lose about 10 pounds to get at my goal weight. Any suggestions? Thanks!
