I see many ads for weight loss programs administered by chiropractors. What does this involve, and has anyone had success with them?

Answer: All a chiropractic "weight loss program" does, is make your wallet smaller. Just another chiro-scam to steer clear of. Chiropractors are not qualified as dietitians, and of course not to be trusted with your health. It's just a money making scheme for them.

I watch these weight loss programs and there is something quite wrong about them that i can't put my finger on. Also it's weird that people watch them while eating chips and other junk food.

Answer: Well it's a program. On tv. Even if they are real people on the program, they're PAID to be there. For all anyone knows, the program could just be a bogus scam that only works for people already fit. And just watching them from home doesn't necessarily mean that people will actually do whatever the trainer says. Like you said, people could just be snacking away thinking they're losing weight when they're doing nothing but jack.
