I gained 12kg within a year... my height is 5'5f and my current weight is 70...i really want to reduce it...fast with in 2 months... what can i do for that...i really don't have time to do exercise is there any other option to reduce weight ?

Answer: *drink a glass of warm water right after u get up and go for jogging for 15 mins *eat almonds (they reduce weight) *drink lots of water whenever u feel hungry *never skip breakfast *dont eat fatty foods at night *eat small serving every 1 hour *eat fruits and vegetables salads to remove toxins *skipping helps *join swimming classes *have hot water bath(it tones ur body and heat remove few calories too) *dont be lazy *actively participate in clubs and go for evening walks.. if none of the above works, join gym classes :)

My sister is 10 years old and she eats to much junk food. And she can't exercise because she is too fat and she cannot run fast because she is too fat . Her height is 4 ft 2 inch and her weight is 42 kg . Can u please tell some suggestions that fat people can do . PS:don't tell any websites or any product names which can reduce weight.

Answer: You can reduce you weight in many ways. My suggestion first, start with your eating habits. If you love meats, reduce amount day by days. Take more vegetables and fruits especially, those will reduce your weight and fat. drink vege and fruit compound juice. Secondly, get yourself to exercise, don't get lazy. This is the main key to burn fat and loose weight. Involve yourself in sport like football or basketball or etc. Sport really burn a lot of fat of yours. you can do it together will your sis, like aerobics, yoga etc Hope this help you.

Answer: Just count your calories. Ratings are different for your age and sex. To estimate how many calories you should consume in order to maintain your weight, you'll need to do a little math. By using a simple formula called the Harris-Benedict principle, you can assess your basal metabolic rate -- also known as your BMR. (Then, to lose weight, you'll need to cut calories or burn extra calories and shoot for a level lower than the results you get with this formula.) Calculate Your BMR Your BMR is the amount of energy your body needs to function. We use about 60 percent of the calories we consume each day for basic bodily functions such as breathing. Other factors that influence your BMR are height, weight, age and sex. Step one is to calculate your BMR with the following formula: Women: 655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years) Men: 66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years) Please note that this formula applies only to adults. Calculate Activity Step two: In order to incorporate activity into your daily caloric needs, do the following calculation: * If you are sedentary : BMR x 20 percent * If you are lightly active: BMR x 30 percent * If you are moderately active (You exercise most days a week.): BMR x 40 percent * If you are very active (You exercise intensely on a daily basis or for prolonged periods.): BMR x 50 percent * If you are extra active (You do hard labor or are in athletic training.): BMR x 60 percent Add this number to your BMR. The result of this formula will be the number of calories you can eat every day and maintain the weight you are currently at. In order to lose weight, you'll need to take in fewer calories than this result.
