it’s easy to find out reason to quit smoking but the difficult part is to actually quit it.

I have seen many people’s quit smoking but after 1 or months they again start it.

So my question is can anyone suggest and share what is best way to quit permanently.

After quitting smoking, one must drink more fluids to flush out all the nicotine and helps in detoxifying the body. Urge for smoking lasts for some minutes one need to control in that time. Drinking more water will help in maintaining optimum health.

Regular physical activity is good to maintain your overall health. Join reiki or Yoga classes. It helps in stress management; improving focus (concentration) etc.

Social Support: You can share with your colleague and friends that you are quitting. Ask for their tolerance, it will really help you. Take support from your loved ones and close friends. Ask your co workers or family members not to smoke in front of you.
