Hey! Have you heard the talk about fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant reemebmr the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

I thing you should use the fresh veggies and green tea along with your diet. Use some of the fresh fruit juices and have some exercises..........
