Wrinkles form when the skin thins and looses its elasticity. The appearance of some wrinkles is due to aging, and is the most common skin problem for women. One of the first signs of wrinkles normally appear around the eye, and is called " crow's feet". As time goes by, the cheeks and lips are the next things we notice. As we age, our skin becomes thinner and dryer, both factors contribute to the formation of wrinkles.

Mix 1 teaspoon of raspberry juice with one teaspoon of orange juice. Add one teaspoon of olive oil, whipped egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of grind oatmeal. Wait for 20 minutes and smear on face. Wait until it gets dry and wash off with warm water.

  • Eat only natural foods with minimal oil and spices. You must take good amount of fruits in your daily consumption.
  • Vitamins are essential in maintaining healthy skin. Eat foods rich in Vitamin B complex such as green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, chicken, eggs, beef, etc followed by vitamins A, C and E.
  • Maintain the proper moisture balance of your skin. Drink plenty of water.
  • Do not sleep on the side or the belly. If the face is in constant contact with the pillow, chances are that it will develop wrinkles soon.
  • Do not expose yourself too much to the sun. That may also cause wrinkles early on.
  • Live a stress free life. Keep your mind free through yoga and meditation.
Other Remedies
  • Make pineapple paste and apply it on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it with water. This is one of the most effective home remedies for wrinkles.
  • You can try massaging the wrinkled area with coconut oil. You might find it sticky but it is truly beneficial in treating wrinkles.
  • Squeeze green seedless grapes and apply that paste on your face. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes and wash your face with normal water.
  • You can even go for homemade facial on a regular basis. Regular facial improves the blood circulation and tightens your skin.
  • Gently massage your wrinkled skin with castor oil.
  • Try mashed banana face pack. It is highly effective in treating wrinkles.
