Method: |
- Wash and scrape and grate carrots finely.
- Boil milk, and cook the carrots in milk on slow fire, stirring occasionally, till it thickens.
- Add sugar and cook for a minute.
- Remove from fire.
- Serve hot or cold, garnished with almonds.
