| Paneer cubes |

| Spinach |

Method: |
- Wash and drain the water from Spinach. Chop it coarsely and cook in a pan and grind to a paste.
- In the same pan heat the oil and fry onions till translucent. Add Garlic and fry briefly. Mix the seasoning and add the Spinach Paste.
- Cook till the spinach becomes dark green in colour. Add paneer and serve.
