Method: |
- Pick, wash and soak urad and rajmah.
- Chop ginger, onion and garlic. Blanch and chop tomato.
- Add water, soaked rajmah and urad, chopped ginger, garlic and salt in pressure cooker and cook for half an hour.
- Mash the cooked dal. Leave it on slow fire for another half an hour. Stir frequently (add more water, if required).
- Heat fat, fry chopped onions till golden brown. Add chopped tomato. Fry for a few minutes. Add spices and curd and let it cook for few minutes.
- Add the boiled dal to the masala and cook on slow fire till well mixed.
- Serve hot with cream.
