| Garlic cloves |

| Asafetida powder |

| Dry red chili |

Method: |
- In a hard bottomed pan, add oil, greens, garlic, onions, tamarind paste, pinch of salt and cook till the greens are done. Cool, grind and adjust salt.
- Heat ghee in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and sauté. Add the asefeotida, dry chilly and sauté for a min.
- Now add these seasoning on top of the greens and stir.
