Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Roasted flaxseed powder   15 gms.;
Whole-wheat flour   60 gms.
Bengal gram flour   20 gms.
Coriander leaves   10 gms.
Oil   05 gms.
Salt To taste    
Turmeric powder   a pinch
Red chilli powder   a pinch
Water to knead    


  • Mix roasted flaxseed powder, Whole-wheat flour, Bengal gram flour, chopped Coriander leaves, salt, Turmeric powder and Red chilli powder.
  • Make the dough, knead the dough and portion out into 2 equal sized balls.
  • Roll the chapattis and use oil while folding them.
  • Roast them on tawa, and serve hot.
