Dried figs sliced medium thick   3
Mixed salad greens   250 g
Fresh lemon juice   2 tbsp
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil/ salad oil (optional)
Cottage cheese   80 g
 

Method:

  • Toss all ingredients together. Top with cottage cheese and serve
