Carrots, Sliced   1 cup
Unsalted butter   1 tbsp
Sugar   1 tbsp
 

Method:

  • Wash and scrape carrots. Slice about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cook in boiling water until tender. Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and carrots. Cook until slightly browned and glazed.
